Glen Park Falls, Williamsville (Buffalo) NY

This lovely park is called "Glen Park", the former site of an amusement park which I used to frequent as a child. It's hard to believe, looking at the park today, that there was such a diversion nearby. The park was done over to take advantage of the green spaces. It is located in the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville, a quaint area with shops and some cozy restaurants.

Guardians of our kitty memorial grave

The two fellows here keep eternal watch over our kitty memorial grave we planted in the backyard. I focused in
on the statues because they are so cute. Elvira and Icky are buried a few feet from the statues. They were great
companions, and are now in "kitty heaven" at peace in verdant pastures with plenty of mice and each other to chase.

Garden photo which looks like a cat

If you look at the top of the flower, the picture resembles a cat's face taken from the side.
It is a picture of a day lily just planted in the back of the garden. The weather has been typically hot and sometimes too
humid for me. Good weather for going to the beach.
